Who is this Emo/Scene kid?

Who should pay? Roommate's dog that was unleashed scared a kid, kid jumped on car, kid cracks windshield.?

  • I have no idea where the kid is, he was just some annoying teenager walking around, and my roommate's dog started barking and chasing this kid so he jumped on the car, and my roommate didn't tie her dog up so he would get off the car, she just yelled, "Get off the car! That dog isn't going to bite you!" He finally got off when she got the dog to walk down the street. Now, I realize the next day, there is a huge crack in the windshield. Should my roommate pay for the damages? Legally, you are supposed to have your dog on a leash, right?

    I don;t know, but here is my opinion. The kid is responsible for the windshield, roommate is responsible for the dog, the kid takes it up with them
