Car Accident Scam Need Help?

• I work for used car dealership, and had to drive one of our previously damaged car to repair shop, the road was slippery and the guy in front of me suddenly stooped right between two lines (it was two lane road) I had to maneuver to the right to avoid the collision, I managed not to touch the guy at least I think I did not, we turned around the corner, to see the damage if there is any. His car had a tiny scratch on the right side of the rear bumper, I do not even sure if I caused it, because it's so small you can barely notice it. Because I drive company car I offered him to call the police to do the report, he said there is no reason to call the cops, it's a tiny scratch we can fix it, I said OK, and gave him my driver license number, insurance information as well as my phone he gave me his name David Devagisch and the phone number. He looked like normal man, but it looks like he may by some kinda con artist or something, my boss from dealership tried to call him next day and day after that, they wanted to offer him rent a car, and fix his bumper professionally at Honda dealership, but he did not returned any phone calls, today he called my boss back and said that he is not going to bring his car for repair, because he had a lot of emotional damage as well as health damage, he will contact his insurance and go to court. I do not know what to do, I am going to loose my job over this, not to mention my insurance rate will rise. Is there any thing I can do, it's really difficult to find a job these days, I do not even sure I touched his car. Even if I did look at the picture below, how small that scratch is. There is one important thing, he took some pictures of my car which was damaged long before, not against his car, my has damaged fender, bumper, and a head light, but it's been there for a couple of weeks. Is there any legal actions I can take, because the guy is going to take advantage of me.   You were driving for the company and the insurance carrier your boss has will deal with it. It would be best for you to make notes on everything you can remember saying and if you took pictures to keep them for use if needed. If you were going to loose your job over this it would have happened by now so keep out of trouble and do your job extra good and you should all right.
