In what late models chevy trucks can i find 3:73 limited slip rearend?

The pick up trucks in my area are huge and they have very bright headlights that blind me. Are they legal?

  • It is as if many people here in my small town in Florida have these huge pick up trucks that are super big. I am trying to think of what types of trucks these are. I am not too familiar with truck makes and models. What's the biggest type of Chevy pick up truck? Silverado? What's the biggest Ford pick up truck? Anyways, that's the type of trucks these are. They are the biggest types of pick up trucks the manufacturer makes. Their tires are big and the trucks are really high off the ground. Are all of the super bright headlights on these extended cab turbo supercharged pick up trucks street legal?

    Only factory installed headlights are legal to use on the road. Aftermarket lighbars and foglights are not for legal use. There are currently no legal definitions of "brightness" of factory lighting. Lighting is measured in footcandles/lux and state law does not address this measurement.

if they are above a certain wattage (depends on city/state) they are considered high beams, and it is illegal to not turn off your high beams at an on coming vehicle (failure to dim head lights). it would be too tough for your eyes to tell the wattage by yourself. if i were you, when i saw one of these trucks coming at me, i would flash my high beams at them, if that dosent work, just keep your high beams on and blind them.

There is a law stating that head lights can only be so far off the ground (like 36") but there are so many trucks that are above that, the "cops" just can't enforce it any more. It pisses me off too.
