What is involved in being a PA?

I was involved in a fatal accident I have been cleared of any fault, in PA is going to be on my record?

  • I currently hold a CDL in Michigan, I was involved in a fatal accident that was ruled non criminal and non negligent in Pennsylvania does this go on my Driving Record.

  • Answer:

All accidents, even ones where you were not at fault, go on your driving record. Unless you lie about it and don't get any insurance involved, it will remain on record to your insurance company to increase your premiums based off of. It's unlikely it will affect you in any way apart from increased insurance costs until about five years after the accident.
