While driving on the highway freeway expressway etc if youre merging if your switching lanes?

  Ask at the lesson. I would assume the driver on the left moving right should have the right of way over the driver on the right moving left as it's usually easier, at least in my opinion, to see out the driver side than the passenger side, but you're best off asking at the lesson.
