Is the honda prelude and the honda accord suspension the same?

Honda Accord versus Honda Prelude?

• I was wondering what the differences between the accord and the prelude. Specifically are the transmissions the same. I know the prelude has major problems with the transmissions and didn't know if the accord has the same problems. Im looking at a 02 Accord and I have a 98 Prelude. Both have automatic transmissions but very different mileage. The Accord has 76,xxx and the Prelude has 195,xxx

  It totally depends on service. Prelude are tanks if serviced very well. I would stick to the prelude transmission to avoid disappointments, complications, lose of money and huge unnecessary work. Just get prelude transmission and make sure you service it regularly.
