What is the economy like on the Florida panhandle?

Custom Car Shop in Panhandle/West Florida? Need Mercedes Engine Swap!?

• Are there any shops in the Southeast (West Florida, Alabama panhandle area) that are good for engine swaps? My 1993 Mercedes 190e has been slowly dying sitting in a backyard because I have no time for it, and I thought I found someone who would finish the swap for me, but they ended up just taking my $$$ and doing nothing at all. I seriously just want to throw money at this thing and make it run again, but none of the shops around Pensacola, FL are capable of anything other than an oil change it seems... I am looking for a no-**** tuner/performance car garage that is able to tackle almost any job. It's not that it's the most crazy engine swap in the world, it's actually relatively simple. I'm just sick and tired of getting the run around, and dealing with garbage mechanics who promise more than they can deliver!

  I have a 190e I have done a total complete engine rebuild .. What are you looking to get done I mean does your engine need to be rewapped or just head gasket do a compression test what are the numbers..Chances are the head needs to be swapped out. Pretty easy job...
