What is a fair price to charge for distributing flyers?

Flyers on car cause winshield stuck?

  • I am a small business owner. Just trying to make some more business by putting flyers on cars around my shop in sunset/highland. One call from an unknown dude said my flyers melt after the rain and cause his winshield stop working. He is now caliming for the repair charge. Honestly i do feel apologize for people who think the flyers annoy them. But I am offering buy one get one free promotions which i do have customers come in with the flyers. If the city says its illegal i am more than happy to pay the price for learning not to do such things in the future. But an unknown dude with a claim that without physical evidence (I see really small chance that the flyer stuck the windshield)? Please provide your advice. Good or bad, i do appreciate it.

    He is just a "troll" looking for something for nothing. Ignore him, until you get a letter from his lawyer. Not gonna happen.

First off Yes you are annoying, and just the fact you stuck your garbage on my windshield would make me never do buisness with you, his claim is just to piss you off and make you waste your time in small claims court, hopefully for you the judge overseeing your case dosent feel the same way as most and will throw the case out as just stupid, but if he/she is sick of your kind as many are, then expect to buy the guy a new windshield. not that he will actually buy a windshield with the money he gets from you but its the point of the matter, keep your garbage off my car,
