How to set timing 1990 honda civic 1.5l?

I have a 1990 Honda civic.1.5l and the timing belt.broke on me I have the car apart and ready for the belt to go on but I'm confused on how to time it, I know it has to be tdc will it do that when I line the crank marks up or once I get it at tdc is it good

Buy a repair manual at the auto parts store! Go to the library reference section and copy that section of the manual. They have pictures in them showing how to line the pulleys up.
