How much does a replacement car door cost?

  • I got in a minor car accident a few days ago. The front drivers side door is most damaged. I'm going to need to get a new one. (the door will let rain come in the car-i live in the northwest so that won't work) I was wondering how much that would cost? A rough estimate? I have a 1998 Honda Accord Lx. I'm 18 and my parents are going to pay for it, but I want to pay them back. HELP would be appreciated! Thanks!

    nif you buy it from a junkyard you'll save a couple $100 new one and a lot more

call salvage yards in your area, bet you can find one for under $100 and 2 guys can put it on in about a half hour including taking the old one off

whata waste

If the part comes from a salvage yard it will end up costing about $350 shipped. Installation shouldn't be more than an hour unless the frame is warped and the new door doesn't fit
