Are they the same thing?1989 honda accord Fuel pump main relay and fuel cutoff relay?

Have a 1989 honda accord with carburetor, My problem is will not run, Put gas in carburetor and it will run, Changed the fuel pump still no go, From my Research sound like fuel pump relay, What I need to know is the fuel pump main relay and the fuel cutoff relay the same thing? Thanks in advance for any help.

Answer:
The cutoff relay and main relay are seperate components. The purpose of the cutoff relay is to shut down fuel delivery in the event of an accident to prevent an explosion. Your fuel relay is the likely culprit here, if you don't hear the fuel pump turn on when you turn the key to start it check the relay.

it is EFI, the relay is about the same thing as the cut off relay. i do believe that the main relay is part of the pump relay.
