Does anyone know how to make a carbon fiber hood look new again?
-
I bought a honda civic and it came with a Carbon Fiber hood. The hood is an ARC and a very nice one indeed. The only problem is that its really dull. When its wet it shines up really nice but as soon as it dries it looks like ****. Any tips or ideas would be great help. Thank you.

Other answers
Wet sand it and paint it with clear topcoat.
DO NOT try to paint it, even if it is just with clear coat. Most carbon fiber hoods can not be sanded at all. If it is dull use a good wax on it.
put the stock back on or get a new one
try putting wax on it
