Mustang acceleration problem?

Initial acceleration problem - feels like a quick lurch.?

• Some background information to assist in helping diagnose the problem - 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse V6 GT - 132k miles 5 speed manual Oil change done ~1k miles ago Trans flush done ~ 5k miles ago AEM short ram intake What I've done to see if the problem would be fixed: Cleaned MAF/Throttle body since it was due to acceleration, didn't make any difference. Changed all spark plugs/wires (did this due to a misfire, not to fix this problem) - and it significantly changed hesitation/stumbling upon low RPM acceleration, but didn't do a thing to this lurch. I looked at the mount above my trans - it was ripped up, looked like complete ****. Bought all prothane inserts, came in today - only had time to install one (the one that needed to be done, the other mounts look like they are in good shape). I REALLY thought that replacing that mount would fix the lurch, since it feels like it's coming kinda from that area, and it was right above the trans, but no avail. A more detailed description of the problem- If I ease on the gas pedal very slowly, there's no lurch, nothing - it's fine. If I push down on it and go roughly 1\4 to 1\3 of the way down instantly, I feel it. And note - I feel it the MOST in 1st gear, then 2nd gear, then 3rd. In 4th it's not that bad, and in 5th it's almost completely gone. Now, my sister has a 2001 gt v6, and I've tested hers, and it feels smooth and nothing like mines when I go instantly 1\4-1\3 on the pedal. -- Does anyone have any ideas what else could be causing this? Thank you ahead of time. Edit: I'd also like to add that it ONLY happens if I am completely off the accel. If I go from 1\4 accel, to 3\4 or WOT, nothing happens, normal. Just from absolutely no acceleration to what I've explained before, will it happen. Also that it feels worse typically in low RPM.

  In the interest of economy, I prefer to try the least expensive fixes first. Check out your Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) and Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valves.
