Headlights, Dome Lights, radio wont work but car will run. What do I do?

My 1995 Geo Tracker has a problem, the headlights, dome lights, radio wont work. although the lights for Check engine, battery check light, and others work (lights for speedometer, and all other dash lights do not work) ALL FUSES ARE FINE. I am wondering what the problem is because the car will run fine.

Sorry this is my other account. I have checked out all fuses and I have no idea. gonna get out the test light and see if we're getting power. Any more suggestions keep it coming, thanks

Check your fuses but I wouldn't think they would be on the same circuit, but I have seen lights wired like that so if the dome light is not working you know something else maybe out also out

head lights are wire direct an has a fuse under for them under hood . fuse for Radio an intera light is under dash
