Hid lights car?

Help with HID car lights.?

• I'm going to purchase some HID lights from http://www.vvme.com/hid-conversion-kits-c-44.html My question is I have a 2004 honda accord ex 2 door coupe and I was wondering which kit I would need to purchase that would fit my car. My car is a dark blue so I either want to get 8000K 10000K 12000K 15000K or just straight up blue. Give me your opinion on which ones you think i should get and which kit i need to buy.   ok blue is illegal in all 50 states....and most other countries......only reason new cars get away with blue lights is manufacturers have exemption to the law... as for which HID kit to get it doesn't matter...... BUT they are all illegal unless u also purchase HID housings with reflectors in them to keep u from blinding other drivers at night..... u can get charged with causing an accident or even manslaughter if some one drives off the road because u blinded them.....
