How do I drift with the E-Brake?

  ebrake is short for emergency brake which cars in fact do not come equipped with. What they do come equipped with is a parking brake. It is only meant to hold the car in place when parked. It can be used in an emergency to stop the car. Cars come equipped with brakes on all 4 wheels. This reduces overall wear and tear on each brake because they all work together. The parking brake (or ebrake as you called it) only works on the rear wheels. since only 2 brakes are being used it is naturally harder on the brakes. Depending on the design of your braking system, it could be causing excess wear on the regular braking system. Since your concerned about brakes, I will point this out: Drifting is hard on tires for obvious reasons...they are constantly being broken out of traction, or being forced to do what they were specifically designed not to do. Drifting is hard on engines. You feel yourself trying to go the direction the car was going when you are drifting. Well the engine oil does this too, it all rushes to one side of the oil pan. the pump pulls in air, and puts air through the bearings instead of oil. Drifting is hard on transmissions for the same reason it is hard on engines. So, in effect, don't let the fact that drifting is bad on your brakes stop you from doing it. Brakes are cheap to repair by comparison to the other things it is bad on. Heck, even tires are more expensive to replace than brakes. Have fun
