Hi there i have got a hole on my crankshaft casing on my motobike and its pissing out oil?

Nothing you can do will plug the leak and contain the pressure - need a new one

Anything you try to seal that up with will fail especially on a high rpm bike it will never hold engine pressure

If its accessable and its a 4stroke(too much pressure in a two stroke) lean the bike so that the oil is away from the hole. and 1 Get the area really dry with a small blowtorch 2 Scrub clean and shiny with a small wire brush 3 Wipe with methalated spirit 4 Give the area another rub with some emery paper 6 Mix and spread some JB Weld (the quick setting stuff is is good ) over and around the hole. Wait 15 mins and your away. Its important that you remove any oil contamination from the area to be repaired TIP Its a good idea to spread the compound on a circle of newspaper(like a sticking plaster to apply.

There is a product called I think Metaloy, a liquid metal alloy or paste, you will possibly need to take case off to wipe clean has worked for me on small holes as a temporary fix but you will need to replace eventually.
