How do you get the license to a property?

15 yr old with a learner's permit gets in an accident on private property, do they have to wait to get license?

  The only way the police can even be involved for writing a ticket on personal property, is if that owner of the parking lot wants a ticket to be written. For example, you're backing your car out of McDonald's and bump into another car. That person gets pissed off and calls the cops to have them write you a ticket. The cop will show up and say that person is an idiot and the only way a ticket can be written is if the owner of that McDonald's were to walk outside and say "Write that kid a ticket!" More than likely, the owner of that McDonald's is on the beach somewhere, and the minimum wage workers inside busting their *** for a few bucks an hour do not give a damn about anything going on in that parking lot that does not pertain to them. So you should be just fine! Come to think of it, I'm not certain, but I don't believe even an accident on the road at 15 with a permit constitutes you having to wait to get your license.
