How to prove someone hit you car?

I have alot of dents on my car someone claim i hit there car & got a witness I DIDNT DO it how can i prove it?

• i was a hour away i was going to a birthday party i have witness i dont even care if someone take pics of my car but my problem is i have alot of dents on my for previous little things im so upset right now how can people do that what should i do

• Answer:

  take pictures of the dents an scratches an see if they match up with the other cars dents. this might sound daft but measure the height aswell just incase the dents are alot higher or lower. they will have taken pictures aswell. you will have a lot more witnesses than they will with you goin to a party get proper times of when you arrived at the party and left the party and who was there. and take it to court its there word against yours.
