Looking for a house in Normandy France?

Lost both parts to my licence and due to go france this weekend, what should I do?

  • I am due to go to France this weekend, however I have looked everywhere and I can't find my driving licence. The reason it has gone missing is because we moved house last month in rather a hurry and everything got packed together. We can't cancel this holiday, we have been looking forward to it for months now, we need this break after the stress of moving house. DVLA have been informed and they are sending a new licence out as it could be months until I manage to find it again, but it won't be here for the weekend. Will I be able to travel around France without my driving licence? and just use a passport, any advise will be appreciated. No rude comments please

  • Answer:

Nobody will care about your license unless you're driving. Your passport is what they want to see. Most of the people in the world don't have driver's licenses.
