How do you go about getting hardship license?

Could I still be able to recieve a hardship license?

• I'm 14 years old, I'll be 15 in about 4 months, and I'm in desperate need of a hardship. I fit basically every criteria (that I'm aware of) and there's multiple other reasons I need one. My parents are divorced and my dad works out of state, and my mom covers a large region for her job, so the responsibility is left up to my grandmother who is now legally blind, but she can still see enough to drive. Today though, she learned that she may not be able to renew her license in a month when needed to at her optometrist. Other than this here is some more criteria I think you're required to have: -Parents divorced -Live far from school -Younger sibling -Parents work out of town I'm not positive on the rest of the criteria, but I'm a very good driver. I practice often out in the country with my parents, and with a little work I could easily pass the driving portion of the test (if there is one.) Also, how would I go about getting a hardship? Are there any details you'd like to share with me? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  You did NOT say where you live, but laws generally do NOT have exceptions and there is a legal minimum age for a driver's license.
