How to get information for getting an ID in Arizona?

I really need an ID.. well honestly I need this to get my license also. I am turning 18 in a few days so I am looking into getting my ID, the downfall is I don't have the proper forms of identification to get it. I have my Birth Certificate, Social Security card and Shot Record, but I know they don't take the shot record anymore. I don't have insurance, and I can't have a school ID because I am enrolled in an online school. I don't have any picture ID, so I am not entirely sure what I can do in order to get information to get the ID because most things require ID in order to get some. Please help! ( sorry I didn't know which category to put this in )

Maybe a bank card or credit card. Some check cashing places can get you a prepaid card with your name, and that would work. (as long as its visa or MasterCard) otherwise maybe an old school ID?
