Can I drive in Germany with an international driving permit ?
-
Hello I am from Bangladesh and been a resident in Germany since Oct.2010. I have driving license from Saudi Arab & Zambia and also I have an international driving permit from Zambia, which is valid up to Sep. 2011. Can I drive in Germany until I get a German driving licence? Will that be a problem if I am stopped by the Police on the road? Thank you, Arifin

Answer:
Yes, that is why it is called an "International Driving Permit." I would recommend that you get your German license soon.
