if you have a revoked license then the answer to this question is NO! with the warrant you go into the drivers examiners office in MS and get your licence you will be arrested because the motor vehicle dpet is linked with the dept of justice. your so stupid you dont know your stupid!

Dumb as a rock! as long as you have a warrant for FTA you cant even get a passport to get a license in Uganda, and I don't even think they require a drivers license in Uganda, and just for your info Judges really like FTA's, lets them know your time is more important than showing up in there court when told to do so, got a dollar says when you do finally see him you'll be in a pair of brightly colored coveralls and handcuffs, that's always a good first impression for a judge you thought was not worth your time.
