Can i keep my car registered in NY at my home address while getting a new license in PA (at school?)?

i want to get a PA driver's license (i am a student in PA) but my car is registered in NY. will this be okay for insurance and titling purposes? I want to do it so i can get a motorcycle class in PA.

No. The registration, insurance and drivers license all need to be from the same State.
No You can only register the car in NY if it stays in NY and we know it wont and if you maintain TWO addresses, your permanent home address is the one that you get your license in
all should be in the state of permanent residence.
