Driving people around in MA on junior operators lisence ??

  • driving people around in MA on junior operators lisence ???? what happens if i drive people around on a junior operators license ((six month rule-no passengers under 18 unless theres a 21 year old in front seat)) i have the option to stay home allll day or go out and pick up friends and go do stuff.. i dont wanna stay home today... ive had my lisence for almost 3 months , never got pulled over , and i go 5 miles OVER the speed limit & kind drive loosly... rolling though stop sighns ect... . if i drive people around ill go atleast 5 miles UNDER the speed limit and strickly follow all driving rules. what do you think... my friend said that you get a warning at first if you get pulled over driving people around. what happens ? i know your supposed to get a 2 month suspension.

  • Answer:

I know in Florida if I pulled you over, the car would be impounded, towed at your expence..(tow is $350.00,impound fee is $200.00,storage is $25.00 a day)..A rolling stop is $125.00(Stop Means STOP in Fla)..If I clock you going over 3 miles an hour over the speed limit,I'll pull you over...If everyone is nice it is just a speeding ticket,if there is any ,argument...Well I am sure that ,between the dog and I we can find something else to ticket you for....Learn to obey the law like the rest of us,trust me it will make life a lot easer....
