How can i get a new title for my car?

I JUST BOUGHT A CAR AND TITLE HAS NOT BEEN TRANSFER TO MY NAME YET BUT I WASHED IT, HOW CAN I GET A NEW ONE?

  • I BOUGHT A CAR AND THE TITLE HAS NOT BEEN IN MY NAME YET. TITLE IS STILL SIGNED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER. BUT I ACCIDENTALLY WASHED IT IN THE WASHER. THEY PAPER IS MESSED UP BUT, I CAN SEE THE VIN NUMBER, THE PERSON NAME AND ADDRESS, ON THE BACK I SEE MY SIGNITURE AND THEIRS. HOW DO I GET A NEW ONE? CAN I GO TO DMV AND GET A NEW ONE? OR WOULD I HAVE TO GO OT PREVIOUS OWNER AND HAVE THEM REQUEST IT?
