Moving to different states with my learner's driving permit?

im about to be moving from az to wi and i've had my learners permit in az for about 4 and a half months. if i move to wi do i have to start my driving hours all over again. or do i have to take another test. what is the deal? it wouldnt make sense to restart all my driving hours when i've been driving perfectly fine in one of the most populated cities in america. Just wondering if i would have to restart my driving hours?

You'll have to check with the WI DMV, since each state sets its own age and experience standards. The WI DMV page may tell you, but I'd bet you'll have to phone or visit a branch.
