How to pass driving written test in Washington?

How many times can I take the written test to change my license?

  • I got my license in Washington. Then I have been studying in California.I don't need to take driving test to get CA DL . I only need to pass the written test. I thought I was confident about myself so I didn't read the handbook. And Now I failed that test twice on the same day. I don't know what would happen if I failed the 3rd time? Can I retake it right away? or I have to wait for a period? Do I need to take the driving test?Please help

    I'm pretty sure you can take the CA one as many times as you want if you're over 18. It's only the driving test you have to wait to retake. You can take the written one as many times as you want though, there's no limit and no amount of time you have to wait before taking it again.

They will let you take the test three times.If you don't pass by the third time you will have to pay the same fee you were charged to take the test the 1st time.then you will hav 3 more tries.pay 3tries so on and so on.
