What is the best car auction site or best public auction in southern california?

i need a car asap and i have $5000 i don't have good credit so i cant get it from a dealer. so can anybody please help me! whats the best car auction site; please don't tell me those sites where you need to pay them like $80 or those site that the only bidders need to have a business license. have in mind that i do not have a business license so i need an auction that doesn't require that. thank you in advance
