How can I sell my car within a week?

Just bought a car last week. i want to sell it?

  • i just bought this car in california for 600 dollars. i dont have the title in hand, havent registered it or anything. how can i go about selling this vehicle right away? someone is interested and they want to pay me more. it is still registered and everything under the previous owner.

    You are supposed to transfer the title to your name, wait for a new title to come back IN your name and then you can sell it. If you don't have it, who does ? You can offer the buyer something like he pays you like 80% of the money and the other 20% when you get the title for him. The problem, in many states, will be it needs a tag and he cant get a tag without the title.
