How to sell a car/truck on Craigslist?

• I am trying to sell a jeep Cherokee on Craigslist and i don't know exactly how to do it. Can anyone please tell me how to sign up to start selling?

  Take several pictures of the car inside and out. BUT make sure you can't see your license plate in the pictures and if you can edit the picture and black out your license plate number. Also on the news recently they recommend going onto youtube.com and making an account and making a short video narrated by you of your car for sale. Dont say the price in the video in case you want to change the price later. Then post the link to the youtube video IN your CL post. Make a CL account, it is free and post a description of the vehicle, price for it, and use an anonymous email for the post (read the screen and check off the anonymous email to post). Ask people to email you and then you will give them your number or ask for their number. Meet people only IN PERSON and I suggest meeting them in front of your local police station with the car. Don't let them know where you live. Make sure to check they have a license before letting them test drive it and DO NOT let them leave with your car alone.Bring a BIG man with you also to make yourself feel more protected. There are many fake emails/ people that will contact you from CL. They will give you long stories about how they want to mail you a check and have you cash it and then mail someone else money. Or they will ask if you accept paypal. So be aware you will get a lot of SCAM emails.
