Can Old Scuba tanks be used for CO2?

What kind of used truck do i want?

• im looking to buy a used truck, i have plans for a very small business, long story short i want to be able to carry a smaller scuba air compressor (like the size of a large pushable lawn mower minus the handle) and a few tanks, not the just the kind a diver wears, larger heavier ones that fill the tanks one wears on there back, the larger tanks are like 5'6 tall with valves and covers. (longer with cables connected.) and really heavy, i think in the range of like 100lb each, i think i would want 3 or 4. on top of this is i have basically no knowledge about cars or trucks what so ever. never owned one. and this will technically be my first vehicle. so what do i want? what make and model, do i want Japanese or German or what? what is good fuel economy for a truck of that size, what size of truck do i need? what is a good year of that truck? what is a good price and umm, odometer reading. (thats the thing that shows how far its gone right? the odometer ?) any way im totally new at this so any advice would be appreciated.
