California lemon law?

  • As per California lemon law, if the manufactures replaces the car, is costumer entitle to pay the difference between the car which he has, to the car he gets to replaced with? Right know I am in disscusstion with BMW NA, they say that I have to pay for the difference between even though it qualifies for lemon law

    Don't expect a free upgrade. They will replace it with the same make, year and model.

You will only be replaced with a car that is within same price. Otherwise everyone will buy a chevy cavaler for 10k and then replace it with a nice Audi for 30k.
