How should I design my Science Fair Board?

Do you have any ideas on how to design a presentation poster?

  • I am entering in the science fair, and my project is over the reactions that kids have when their parents have cancer. I am required to have a poster. Do you have any cool ways to design the board? What colors, designs, etc? I want it to be interesting to look at, but not extremely flashy, because it is about kids and cancer. Thanks so much!!

I'm going to throw out a conjured list of color and ideas- ready? Here goes Tri-fold poster from Wal-Mart... plain white Glitter letters, or the post-it note ones. Also from Wal-mart Include a picture of a crying child maybe include how parents may word the sentence to their child include a picture or some sort of cancer maybe if your have a paragrph of research that you've done, put it in the top left corner, put a picture of the crying child in the center, then research why children are so scared, then put that in the bottom right corner put a picture of a cancer ribbon on there (pink for breast cancer, or yellow) This might have been a huge help, or no help at all. I don't know what you have and don't have... but I sincerely hope I helped in some sort of way :))
