Has anybody here seen the Steve Wilkos show live?

Why were these men who were falsely accused of rape antagonized on the Steve Wilkos Show?

  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xdk5O4J8aL4 Go to 3:00. These men who are from Hofstra University who were falsely accused of rape were booed when they entered the stage on the Steve Wilkos Show. Why was that? I thought they were innocent. at 5:00. a woman gets up and starts telling some sob story about how she was assaulted and they better not be lying. WTF! Whatever happened to her has absolutely no bearing on these guys, none whatsoever. If I was one of those guys, I wouldn't have apologized when she tried to shame, I would have said *beep* off! and then at 13:45 , when a man in the audience tries to defend the men, Wilkos snubs the man and just randomly starts talking about how women should be protected from rape, even though these people were innocent and this was not supposed to be about women, it was supposed to be about these men who were falsely accused! This is the world you live in men! A world where even when men are the victims they are still seen as the ones in the wrong and hysterical females are always the innocent victims

    Because The Steve Wilkos Show has an attitude of "guilty until proven innocent." What's funny is Steve doesn't just shame men in the audience who disagree with him. During the first season, I saw him ask the audience for their opinions and then yell at and shame a random girl he picked out who disagreed with him. The tape showed she was crying afterwards. Strange behavior, for someone who claims to be all for treating women with respect and against domestic violence.

Steve Wilkos was one of Jerry Springers security wasnt he? Its trash t.v., what do you expect? Im not condoning thise who sexually assult women (or men), or people who are innocent being treated wrongly, but c'mon...its trash t.v...Im sure the producers get everyone wound up before filming starts
