What are some good/original sociology research paper topics?

Im doing a sociology research paper (degree)(about 10,000 words),and is there any good topics on advertising?

    Advertising is a form of brain conditioning....to change your views by testing your thought process for the mind will automatically process what it sees and hears then work out what to do with that Information....so understanding of the mind is essential if you do not want to be brain washed and this purpose is not easy.....so may i suggest you research the thought process and what effect a thought as when you see the next advert.....watch and listen to adverts and write down your thoughts and the effect the thoughts have on your decision you come up with...it may be best to watch the same advert ten times and see what different thoughts are processed.....you will be amazed.....then research the mind but do not go to deep....just what decision you made of a thought and what effect it had upon you.....good luck....
