How to stop over-analyzing everything?

Okay so my whole life I've been an over-achiever, over-thinker. I struggled with depression and anorexia as well. I'm recovered now but I still over analyze EVERYTHING and it gives me social anxiety, panic attacks, etc. I also have really low self esteem an confidence. For example, my friend called me a lesbian (jokingly) when I was in middle school, and it stuck. I know deep deep down that I am not, but my mind tricks me into thinking that I am, and now (years later) when I see a girl who is pretty, etc. I get really nervous and afraid that I am a lesbian. I also have never had a serious relationship which makes me over think even more! My mind is never at rest and it is extremely exhausting. I go to therapy but I was wondering if there were anything else I could to do stop over thinking?! Thank you!

It's what we women do. I try to not over think things but it's hard! It's our nature.
