Ive been out of nursing school for almost a year and i just got a job...what do i do now?

i went to nursing school for an ADN and I graduated last may. i have been applying for jobs with no luck this past year. I was ready to go back to school for a new career because jobs are so scarce in new hampshire. i don't remember much of anything at all from school because of the amount of time thats lapsed and i wasn't a nursing assistant or anything like that before nursing school or during the time I've been out of school. im worried that when i start my new job I'm going to look like a complete moron because i can't remember lab values etc... also i never even got a chance to put a catheter in during clinicals and I'm just worried. Should i not take the job? has anyone else been in my situation and felt similar?

Just go to your job and pay attention, they will train you how to do almost everything.
