Is it true that dreams can show the future?

Not exactly. All dreams are, are visions of what is in your subconscious. If you're subconsciously bothered by something, it shows up in your dreams. It can't really tell the future. Certain things in dreams are also symbols for other things or certain scenarios could be symbolic of something that you're subconscious is telling you, and that's where dream interpreters come into play. Now, there are things like deja vu in dreaming where your brain can identify in a place or time or certain objects and/or people that are around you that you SWEAR you've seen in your dreams. But it's not that you dream the future. It's that your mind will trick you into thinking you've seen something before. If it's not in your subconscious somewhere.... you won't dream about it.

No it is rubbish, I have weird dreams all the time and recently I dreamt I had 10 babies and was selling them so surely that doesn't mean I am pregnant because I am 54 years old?
