Why do I feel so lost and always tired?

I have no reason to feel this way, really my life just got amazing. I am very active I play basketball, volleyball, tennis, I run at least twice a week. I just got a new house I have an amazing boyfriend and best friend. My friends are always there for me. I have plenty of money and I am a Christ follower I just feel... Wrong lately. I feel like I'm missing something and I'm just going through the motions of life. Lately my friends may ask me to go out with them and I don't want to go, I find excuses so I won't have to go. That isn't me! I have always been happy go lucky but now I'm just constantly in bed and when life normally would feel like it's going by too fast I feel like it's going by too slow. I am eating constantly even when I'm not hungry I am active so I haven't gained any extra weight but I still feel wrong. I use to look at life with a smile on my face and now I just feel like I'm missing something, like there has to be something more than this, is there something wrong with me? What happened to my old self? I miss her.

Hello dear, in my opinion what you misses is that the time to be with them.. What is the reason of not coming with them? We know that true happiness money can't buy. Try to figure out the lies with in your self.. You feel the difference because the things you've done now is not the usual things you've done before and the feelings is normal.. Why not plan to go somewhere and enjoy to make a difference..Think lovely and feel the same way.. Be happy dear! :):):) God Bless!

If depressed, get one to two hours less sleep each night. Don't go to bed in the day time. After a week, you will feel fine. If not depressed, make sure that there is not something causing you to miss sleep at night like sleep apnea. This can cause drowsiness all day long because you really aren't sleeping.
