I don't know what am i feeling?

i'm 15, boy, and i am feeling worthless for some time already.I just want to separate myself from everyone, but when I'm by myself I just go crazy with anxiety.At school, i just started it few weeks ago and i hate it, but I do study. I can't remember what used to make me happy before.I miss old friends, we rarely talk now and i don't know what to do.I feel that no one cares about me/Can you help me???

Dude I used to feel the same way! I thought it was just me. I had that feeling for about a year and I felt worthless and had anxiety. This is usually caused from stress. I was told it was the feeling of melancholy. I noticed it happened to me when I had too much time on my hands. I started doing things more often and it eventually went away. So don't worry you are not the only one.

i feel the same way you do. i'm 15 too, i have older brothers and they're always telling me that everything gets better when you're outta high school and in college. it's either you love high school or you hate it. i don't think you're depressed, maybe just unhappy
You seem to be depressed. I suggest a therapist.
I agree with the first answer there. These are ALL symptoms of depression. See a therapist but you might not need medication so don't jump to that conclusion. I was emmediately put on meds when I was diagnosed with depression and it didn't really help me. What helped me was beginning a new relationship and setting goals for myself. You're not going to want to do anything but you have to MAKE yourself ok? Get up and shower and play video games then read a book or invite friends over. You'll feel exhausted but just keep on truckin' ok? Very important. Start a journal if you don't already have one and write in it nightly. Take up a hobby. I took up dream interpretation and have a dream journal. It helps me know what problems my brain is trying to solve while I'm asleep. The next step is if you don't know yourself. GET TO KNOW YOURSELF. I suggest a drama class (if possible at College or Uni level). Because you can express yourself without judgement and guilt-free. Shower once a day to be refreshed in the morning. Try sleep aids like lavender or melatonin if you have issues with sleep. Replace bad habits with good habits. Instead of eating junk food when you're down, go to the gym and workout. I have to work out once a day (at least something low key like yoga) because I need the endorphines it releases. If I dont work out I feel like absolute crap. Taking my dog out also helps a lot. Being outside helps.
