How can i get over my fear of flying?

If you are in a window seat, do not look out the window. When you start feeling sick or anxious on a plane, try putting your head between your knees and focus on taking deep breathes. Close your eyes, and hold your breath if it helps. Before you get on the plane, tell yourself that you can do it, and making it through this will be a big accomplishment you. Set small goals, like every half an hour cheer for yourself a little bit and think, "I'm doing fine, I've made it this far, we're getting closer." When you get off the plane, take a moment for your yourself and be proud of making it all the way. (I would suggest using the washroom right before getting on the plane. If you feel sick you may want water to settle you stomach, but drinking to much will mean you would have to stand up and walk to the bathroom, which may be difficult if you are feeling dizy, sick, or scared.)

Presure on ears(chew gum) afraid of flying means your afraid of dieing. Well let me tell you why you shouldnt b afraid. Since the day u was born,you already have a day for dyeng that means that if your gonna die in 60 years there is nothig that could possibly happen for that day to be changed. No matter what u do u can never cheat death.,if u wherent meant to dye on an airplane then u wont! Trust god and pray to him he is the only one that knows it all.
