How to break a bad habit?

Ok so i have this nasty habit of everytime after i eat i throw up some of the food inside my mouth... Its really disgusting and i want to stop... So can you please give me some tips thanks.

This happens to me but I don't do it on purpose. Do you do it on purpose? If so, then that's repulsive, you need help. Just every time you get the urge to do it, hold it back and it'll get easier and easier. I had a bad habit of cracking my neck every 10 seconds, what I did was I would not crack it no matter how bad the urge was and I stopped doing it after 2 days.

it takes two weeks to completely break most habits, so if you have the willpower to stop yourself for that long, you should be able to break it i'd try chewing gum after eating, that might help you not do it good luck ^^
