How can I avoid getting tired while I study?

Why can't I concentrate when I study?? :\?

• So, I don't know what happened but since the beginning of this year I haven't studied almost anything. I am 15, tenth grade (first year of highschool in my country) which means that lessons are getting more and more hard, and I just cannot study, I don't have motivation at all and my grades have fallen straight down but I don't care about that. I never cared about grades, they are a waste of time in my opinion, but the thing that really matters is that I can't concentrate on my homework and I end up not studding anything at all. I don't tell my parents cause I don't wanna disappoint them but my teachers are going to tell them anyway.. I just feel tired of school, tired of the useless things they teach us, tired of grades, tired of bad teachers that make you wanna kill yourself, tired of everything. But I wanna go to college and that won't happen if I don't study.I find it so hard to concentrate though.. I open a book, read two lines and get extremely bored and close it. Then I'm like "Uh, I'll study later", it goes 00:00 and I haven't studied a thing and I come up with excuses the next day.. I've always had problems with concentration and get distracted very easily when it comes to studding. But thins year it's in the point where I can't read a single word. I have also have OCD but I don't know if it has sth to with with that.. Anyways, how can I get my motivation back and be able to study and focus on my school work? :\
