Why Do I Always Dream Of Being In A New House?

Why do I always dream about my old house?

  • I lived in a haunted house for 6 years when i was younger. During this time I always saw tall black shadows and heard whispering in my ear. I have since moved and dont experience that stuff anymore, but I'm constantly dreaming of that house. I can't tell you how many times i have had these dreams. In them im always in the house and something paranormal happens. These dreams terrify me. I've been having them for 4 years now. Can anyone tell me what's going on??

  • Answer:

As a friend once told me, it could be your mind replaying the anxiety you felt in that house. I also think it could be that something in your life now is either making you very afraid and upset, or that something in your life now reminds you of something you had in your life back when you were living there. But dreams are usually best interpreted by the dreamer.

Normally you spent your childhood on that house it often comes to your mind, otherwise dreaming of old house also indicates drastic changes in your life.

When you dream of a house the house is you. If the house is neat and tidy your life is........if the house has chaos your life does. Sylvia Browne says The people in your dreams can't hurt you. There is probably an issue in your waking life that is triggering these dreams. Stress triggers nightmares

its repressed sexual fantasies emerging as a shadowy figure seducing you with words.
