it means have confidence in who you are, what you do, and what you say. i think confidence is sexy, but don't be bossy or rude or assertive, nobody likes a jerk.

Don't put on an act to attract a woman. If you do, you might land her, but you won't be a good match for each other. Silly example: You meet a gorgeous woman in a bar who has a lot of friends, money, a great sense of humor, and a large dog. She also loves country music and Chinese food. You pretend to have money, like dogs, and love country music/chinese food, when actually you have no money, are allergic to dogs, are deeply annoyed by country music, and hate eggrolls with every fiber of your being. You might impress her and get her to like you, but are you really compatible? She might be pretty and approve of who she THINKS you are, but it will never last and it's a waste of everyone's time. You will find a better relationship by being yourself and finding someone who matches up to YOUR likes, dislikes, interests, and hobbies. : )

It means don't try to be something you're not just so the woman can like you, don't portray yourself as the person they want just cause you want them. That's unattractive to women because they want to like you for yourself, not the person you're trying to be.
