How do I start a thread on the student room?

When i smell something i go into a strange episode in my head and start laughing weirdly and cant remember?

• i am 13 and for about 12 weeks i have something where i go into a weird mood in my head and if i walk into a unfamiliar place with a big smell like a new room in School i go into a weird mood again in my head I can control my normal behaviour and everything is okay, but when a smell appears it just triggers me off, When i am like on my bike with my mates and i stop for them to catch up to me i can sometimes smell like the outside world trees soil grass car fumes and things like that, sometimes i will go into a episode and say things but sometimes i can go into a episode with my self and not say anything or not make any noises. Since Christmas it has start to get worse but now it is just staying the same as it were about 4 weeks ago and nothing is changing just the same things. It started at Christmas like when i went to my friends house my next door neighbour he had his living room done up and i walked in and it took like 3 seconds for my brain to like process what is in the room and too eventually have a look round i get no pains in my head or hear any voices its just like i have 2 minds, one normal mind and the other one a weird one when i go into a episode. I am a clever student like top sets for all my lessons and popular with all the popular people and know alot of people and i am not out of the ordinary, sometimes at school some people are abit strange and hang around in there own little groups together and keep them selfs to them selfs, but me i hang around with all the popular people in my year and i am completely normal apart from these weird episodes i have, sometimes i can remember what happens partly but sometimes i cant, my mum knows about it like today i was eating pasta and the steam comes up in my face and i could smell it my mum had a go at me because i went into a little episode and ignored my mum when she was shouting at me when i was playing with my food on my spoon , i sound like a 4 year old but i cant even remember doing it , although i am a normal 13 year old going to a normal high school it has been happening for 8 weeks now and i want to know what it is , i am worried what is happening to me and i want to know exactly what it is, When i smell things it often makes me blank people out talking to me and i do something weird and start laughing in a evil way like witch and often cant remember, it happens every 3-4 days I have not had ant mood swings or anything, any questions to help diagnose the problem please ask. When i do it i put on a weird laugh like a spakker would do but it only lasts for seconds and it stops but i completely ignore my mum when she shouting at me for doing things, My mum now knows the situation about these episodes i keep having, I don't sniff or addicted to anything like aerosols glue etc i don't smoke i am just normal all the time up untill i can smell something and i go into a weird mood, sometimes i will say things and sometimes i am quiet, It seems like you concentrating on one spot and you mind just changes over into something weird. The Airfresheners in my parents cars also makes me do the weird laugh which sometimes i can remember a little like it was years ago but was only seconds ago, I do not feel scared It mostly happens when im eating hot foods which smells like ripping up bread and bacon on my bacon butty and then leaving it and going upstarts to my room, that's not like my because i love bacon buttys , like i had one the other day and had no problem. It only happens sometimes. I havent had any injuries to the brain or head or anything to start the problem. When i go to sleep i put my head down on the pillow and i haev my head down for about 2 minutes and i wake up again and start laughing or something like something funny has just happened in my head, When i was having my tea i was like jogging my memory like today i have been out on my bike with my 2 mates and go on so and so street and up the hill to wherever, and i can then smell my tea in the steam and it makes me go into a weird mood, Last week i went to my friends house and filled my friends bathroom sink up full of water and started splashing it all about which i can only remember faintly and apparently i started weirdly laughing again. this may sound funny like it did to me when i was typing it. My Mum understands now thought that it isn't my fault that it is happening and it might be my age , i have only just told her everything today. Any advice would be fantastic and i will be grateful, also ask questions to try and diagnose what my actual problem is. I am going to get booked in the doctors to see what they say but i would like a answer off some people on the internet who knows alot about this kind of subject and range of different answers what it could be. Any input i would be very grateful of , please try your best to explain because i need to know what is happening to me if it is serious or not. Thanks very much :)
