Is an associates degree in nursing enough to be an RN?

I hate nursing- I have an associates degree(RN) what else can I do?

I am desperate to change my line of work. I am the spiritual artistic sort, and I don't understand or thrive in the negative atmosphere of nursing. I have thought of psychology, but I don't want to sit in an office all day. I am ecologically minded, love animals and above all I am a positive person. Please help
