What happened to Domestic Problems?

I had so many problems growing up, people never liked me and now they do. What happened?

• (If you are not serious and behave like mature adults when answering this question I WILL REPORT you. Thanks.) I was the quiet, unattractive, reject growing up. People always seemed to always make me their means of amusement. Every day for nearly 17 years, I woke up hoping and praying that people would finally accept me at school, at home, whatever. That they would treat me with respect and friendliness. But they never did. Instead, it was uncertain what catastrophe would befall me every day. What humiliation or hurt feelings I would get. I always got in trouble if for no other reason than to get attention but mainly because I just didn't know the first thing about social protocol and all that. I was always getting detention, suspension, and even got kicked out of school three times. My freshman year of college was terrible, I won't go into detail but I was 2,000 miles from home in a filthy apartment in a bad area. Went through a lot of hard times and it almost made me take my own life. Now, everything seems to have done a 360 degree turn. I have friends, a beautiful girlfriend who I really like and vice versa, still in school and doing fairly well, I live in a better apartment with good people, and I have no problem approaching people, making conversation, and making friends. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED? I just don't understand it. What's happened to me? It makes me worry because I'm afraid all this will be taken away from me & I just don't know what the hell to do or what to think.

  just be yourself, be happy and enjoy the good times. sometime you experience a lot of **** and then it gets better for along time. some times people only experience the ****, and sometimes people accept the **** and move on with thier lives. in yr 7 i had one friend and i wasn't happy when i was with her, in yr 10 now and i have 3 very close friends and a few workmates. things just take time..
